    A raging fire of criticism grows out there.

    Evaluation, minus opinion, is harder to come by but much more rewarding.

    This approach pays me dividends, with more pleasure and more insights from what I see read and hear. That even goes for movies that suck, like Eragon. Plenty to think about there.

    Last night I saw The Lives Of Others, which has a lot to offer in the way of insights. I don’t know if it’s any good, but it’s certainly worth your time and your $10.

    For the past couple of weeks we’ve had the priviledge to be invited into rehearsal rooms and backstage to shoot some of our favorite bands. We’ve climbed onstage at shows and lugged equipment up and down stairs. All that to say… we’se been shooting. Clips to follow soon.

    Hip-hop has been down with tech since day one. Now tech is finally getting down with hip-hop. HP did spots with Jay-Z and Pharell, but they finally went ahead and got street with it. Peep game:

    In New York City, every fleeting moment of inspiration is paid back in soot and grime. Sometimes the soot and grime become the inspiration themselves. More often, they crowd in from the sidelines — observed but not forgotten in the multitude of things that clamor for attention. It is said that the city dweller is exposed to an average of 5000 advertisiments in a given day. Only a few of those things will be as compelling as a broken toilet flung onto the street.

    Which of those things will inspire? Which others will capture only a fleeting moment’s notice before crossing the street?
